PARENTS AS PARTNERS
As parents, you are the most important and influential figures in your child's life.
Of course, we acknowledge and respect this. We realise that you will want and indeed need to be included and consulted in all matters concerning your child. We will do our up-most to include you in every aspect of their life at nursery.
Parents evenings are organised where you will be able to discuss your child's progress with their keyworker.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
News letters are sent out regularly to keep you informed of events and changes within the nurseries. Some nurseries also have their own Facebook page to keep you up to date.
Every child at Paper Moon has their own unique online Tapestry account with secure log in. As their parent you can access this to see how your child is progressing and view the exciting activities your child is accessing throughout their day at nursery. There is also an option to use the online care diary to tell you about their care throughout the day.READ MORE ABOUT TAPESTRY HERE
OUR AIM AND PROMISE
Paper Moon is committed to providing a flexible, reliable and trustworthy service to parents as well as our children. Our aim was to meet the needs of local families requiring good quality, reliable childcare.
WE WELCOME YOUR COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
Located at the entrances of the nurseries are comment and suggestion boxes. There are Parents notice boards in the nurseries containing various items of information such as health issues and local events. We actively encourage parents and visitors to help us reflect on our practice.

“I cannot praise the girls in the baby room enough. On Oj’s arrival 4 weeks ago at Paper Moon he was 4 week post brain surgery with no social or interactive skills. The girls have interacted and stimulated him that is now achieving all age expectations. The varied diet he totally enjoys and it is evident the bond and affection he has for the staff of the baby room”
“I would just like to say a special thank you to you both….. You’ve made me leaving James so much more easier knowing that your there ready to take care of him when he’s upset, which is very hard some days as a mum. I honestly can’t thank you enough…. James adores you both and always talks about you at home. No job is easy but the extra effort you put in really makes it such a lovely place. Thank you”
