PARENTS AS PARTNERS
As parents, you are the most important and influential figures in your child's life.
Of course, we acknowledge and respect this. We realise that you will want and indeed need to be included and consulted in all matters concerning your child. We will do our up-most to include you in every aspect of their life at nursery.
Parents evenings are organised where you will be able to discuss your child's progress with their keyworker.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
News letters are sent out regularly to keep you informed of events and changes within the nurseries. Some nurseries also have their own Facebook page to keep you up to date.
FAMILY
Every child at Paper Moon Day Nursery has their own online Famly account with secure log in. As their parent, you can access this to see how your child is progressing and view the exciting activities your child is doing throughout their day at nursery. All communication and admin is completed on the app and there is a regular newsfeed so you are kept up to date with news and information.

Paper Moon is committed to providing a flexible, reliable and trustworthy service to parents as well as our children. Our aim was to meet the needs of local families requiring good quality, reliable childcare.
WE WELCOME YOUR COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
Located at the entrances of the nurseries are comment and suggestion boxes. There are Parents notice boards in the nurseries containing various items of information such as health issues and local events. We actively encourage parents and visitors to help us reflect on our practice.
